Hosting licensed moves on third-party source?

I know many of you have movies / porn sites 
, and I know most of these sites host their videos on third party sources like megavideo etc.,
I am wondering if there is any liability doing that? I assume its one of these loopholes where I can simply deny easily, since the actual clip is not on my server/host?
