There is a directory, I don't have enough posts to post their link, but they're called dirbull and they appear to be a PR7. In the olden days I used to hear things about some high PR sites that DON'T (for whatever reason) pass PR (I think nowadays it's called link juice or something). And also I've heard that some pages have fake PR. From what I can tell, dirbull is the real deal. What do you all think? And how come the directory isn't filled with listings from zillions of people? I mean, isn't a PR7 directory something totally awesome?

10,400 indexed pages and 11,579 yahoo backlinks make this domain
    looks authority.

Questions like "why this domain has this pr?" is similar to questions like:
"why this man has this amount of money in his banks?"

I think the main reason behind this that they have so many backlinks.

It looks like the real deal but it is pretty pricy to get listed. That is probably why it is not filled with links from a zillion people.

miteshmuley please tell us your way to increase P.R.
PR is due to links, and links only.

If you want to increase your PR get links from pages that have PR.

Page rank comes directly from incoming links, it's likely this site has a PR8 linking to it, or 3 or more PR7's thus why it's PR7 too, other factors that affect PR are domain age, content, social activity, etc.....
