Ok so i have a site that i think has been sandboxed, its a new site maybe 1 month old.
I am not showing up in the serps but if i add content it still has been getting indexed in webmaster tools. That was until this morning and now i have gone from 32 indexed pages to 5?

Anyway thats the background, but what i want to do is transfer all the content and site over to a new domain. so my questions are
1. if i do this and 301 the old domain will i get this domain sandboxed?
2. will i get the link juice from the existing domain
3. will i get the link juice when it comes out of sandbox?
4. if the content is not in the index does that mean i am fine to use it again and not get duplication issues?

If anyone has been through this process please give me your thoughts.
Thanks in advance.

Before doing any of the above, I would try and work out WHY you think your site has had most of its pages de-indexed.

Just duplicating the domain will land the new site in the same position if you haven't worked out what went wrong.

What is the content? Have you purchased link building packages that have included links to bad neighbourhoods? Has your site been infected by a trojan?

You need to know what went wrong before starting again. A 301 redirect to pass on "link juice" from de-indexed pages sounds like a bad idea to me.

Hello Rose, thanks for the reply. Thats the thing, i don't know what the issue is. All content is original paid from odesk and checked in copy scape. Yes i did buy some links to get the site started which could be doing the hard. I have notice the last few days a heap of links coming from 3-4 site which i know nothing about. And its all above board. I would pm you my url but cant pm

        cookie1979,
You have to work out what is wrong before you go through all the hassle of what you're suggesting.

Are you +ve they're de-indexed? There's a big difference between 'sandbox' (and sandbox means so many different things to different people) & de-indexed?
have you googled, 'site:yourdomain' to see if your pages show up? If they do then they've not been de-indexed.
