Who's familiar with FastAttack SEO??

If any one if familiar with fastattack SEO I was looking for some clarification in Phase 5 - C, Step 2. Just not sure if we are supposed to submit spun article to our site and then to socal bookmarks or if we just submit it to social bookmarks....:confused:

    I asked Craig this same question. I remember it was worded a little strange. He said never ever put the spun article on your site, the spun article is for the syndication websites (AMR). He got right back with me when I e-mailed him.
