I want to know is there any tool to help us to know how many (unique) visitors can visit a website?

Most web hosting companies provide free of charge, AW Stats.

Google provides Google Analytics for free.

The best of course is HTTP Analyze.

You have to signup on Google Analytics and when you are on submitting your site in google analytics google giyes you a meta code and you have to place those meta codes in your site pages source codes in between head tags. And within 4-5 days you can track your website traffic from Google Analytics member dashboard.

Within my webhost I use webalizer and awstats. I also have statcounter for some sites. Semrush will also show data but it is a bit delayed. To check demographics of visitors you can use quantcast.

Without any doubt Google Analytics. If you an account on Google then just sign in there and it will as for your website's link so paste it and then it will come up with a code that you need to pit in your website so that it can track. It tracks and explains almost everything about the website in regard to traffic and keywords.

  i like stat counter because it updates very quickly, and i find it easier to use than analytics, unless youre trying to really "analyze" specific results

You can use google analytics for Free, want to use more accurate one I suggest Wazzup, Wazzup is an stand alone software instaled in your computer.
