I have a site w/ a ton of subdomains. What's the best way to add them to Google's Webmaster Tools? Is my only choice to add them each individually?

Thanks for the suggestion everyone. I did add a sitemap.xml with all the subdomains. However all the information under the "Your site on the web" like "Links to your site" still only pertain to the main site and doesn't include any of the subdomains. Is there a way to see those stats also?

Making an XML sitemap and then submitting them using Google webmaster account is the best way to let Google know about all your sites links. Apart from that I don't see any other way.
