Dynamic Keyword Insertion Script?

If I'm using Dynamic Keyword insertion, is there a script I can use
to insert names of html pages?

For example:

keyword putting

www.mygolfsite.com/putting.html

and have Adwords insert the keyword.

And if the keyword is two or three words such as improve putting?

Insert it where?
The Display URL? The Destination Page url?

  Insert this ?kw={keyword:nil} to your destination URL so that it looks something like this:
  
  http://www.yoururl.com/?kw={keyword:nil}
  
  You have to use DKI in your ad for this to work
