Back link software.. where to have it built

I am wanting a back linking software created because there is no other software on the market that does want I want done. I dont have to be real pretty, it just needs to do a few simple task.. How much would a software like this cost to have made and where should I look for programmers?

Without giving any specifics of what you want it to do, it's going to be hard to give an estimate.

I understand you probably dont want to give away too much info either though, so without being too detailed what exactly would you need it to do?

As for WHERE to get it done, I'd probably go to freelancer.com or odesk.com - OR you could have a warrior do the work. I'm sure there are some programmers running around these forums somewhere. lol

I would recommend either buying ubot or going with a professional programmer who can make you a custom Backlinking program
