Negative Keywords in Organic

If I appear #3 for the query free _________ and I do not offer free services but I do have the words "Feel free" and "toll free" on my website, is that my fault or Google's fault?

Then I get inquiries asking if I have free service, and I'm clearly not hitting my target when that happens. Any way to get around this>?

This is both your fault and googles fault. Their algorithm isn't smart enough to realize that you are not actually offering these free services, but assumes it due to the fact that you have the word FREE on the page.

What you need to do is reword your pages and completely remove the word FREE from the website. So instead of "feel free to call us" it could be "you can call us".

Also I would NOT worry about stating that the # is "toll free".

If you make these changes your problem should be fixed and you will get significantly less people asking for free services.

I hope that this helps and Good Luck
