I am creating Blog about erectile dysfunction help.I want to rank it in google organic search.Am i able to rank it through link building?will the google allow me to rank it?I shall appreciate if you will help me

Link building works. Make sure you choose good keywords to target. You can use Google Keyword Tool for ideas.

Yes, you can be able to rank your blog site in Google, but you must first know the targeted keyword for your website and then implement the link building process to gain rankings.

I find, for Wordpress blogs, as long as you write unique, long articles, they rank extremely well with minimal link building.

ok,Let me know one thing more,because my blog will contain sex related content(erectile disfunction help),shall i be able to rank it.I have read somewhere that sex related sites are not allowed to rank up according to google policy?

ranking depends on most factors.... keep unique content... and also build huge backlinks from high pr sites... and every time check how is site is listing in google, you can't get nice rank immediately... it will take months of time....
