    For high quality backlinks you can doing few things like searching the high page rank websites which can give you backlinks. You can do article submission to high page rank website. Similarly blog commenting on high quality blogs...

      There's a bunch of different tutorials on this if you look around the forums. But I'd say picking up Scrapebox (if you can afford the $57 @ http://www.scrapebox.com/cheapskate) would be the best route. After you've spent some time learning the ins-and-outs you can find plenty of high PR posts the comment on. (Not just domain PR, but the PR of the post itself.)

      it's not just quality of links that matters it's RELEVANCE...

      make useful posts on blogs and forums that are the SAME subject (or very similar) and link to your site in your signature.

      google loves links from sites on RELATED subjects and will reward your site for them.

    In my opinion the best way to get high quality backlinks is to find high PR blogs and post there. This is the easiest way because you will find very hard forums and article directories with a hish PR.

    Some quality links source : The links from high PR blog comments, the web 2.0 , press release. You may have the good articles for that works. Google track the time which the visitors read your articles on these site and decide these are good pages or not. So minimize spam as low as possible.
