Does anyone currently use anyone for monthly link building? Looking for someone I can use to basically maintain my links on a monthly basis for an established site.

  What I mean is a service that you sign up for that is month after month. Meaning I pay John x amount of dollars to build x amount of backlinks and the fee is recurring month after month which means John builds links month after month.
  
  I get caught up showing homes and sometimes run out of time for backlinks. So I would like to automate the process.

I prefer not to use monthly services as they generally leave too big a footprint. I like to order lots of different, random individual services. Yes, it's harder, but it pays off in the end.
