Is it possible to block incoming search terms?

My blog is being spammed through what looks like some pretty obscure search terms e.g. "my diet" or "i diet" or "lost weight". Their bounce rate is as expected, which I believe could be impacting poorly on the serps.

So I want to block these users from reaching the blog, blocking the search terms would be good, otherwise any other suggestions?
