Adsense Serving Shopzilla Ads?

I just noticed Shopzilla ads being served in my Adsense ads. I went to my adsense account and looked at my ad review center. Shopzilla didn't show up there.
I have a question: Since you can sign up as an affiliate with Shopzilla, why would I want adsense to serve their ads and pay me a few pennies per click versus signing up as an affiliate and getting whatever their commission rate is (assuming someone actually purchased something)?
