For managing my many sites at once I use Rank Tracker by SEO Powersuite.

I use it to track my SE rankings for all the keywords I'm targeting. I've used a ton of programs and websites and this one is by far the best in my opinion.

Check out Raven Tools (Internet Marketing Tools for SEO and Social Media | Raven).

They have a monthly, but are very good.

Also, you can download a free copy of WebCEO (Google it). Their paid version is also very good.

There are others out there as well.

What I believe would be good for you is to create a project for each campaign and then use sub-projects for each of the areas you are looking to work for, like Social Media as one sub-project and email marketing as one.
There are a lot of project management software available that can do this for you and also a few that can actually do the email marketing for you as well. Whether they have the opt-out functionality, however, I am not sure.
I usually go to one of the better business software directories, like Buissy.com or Capterra, to find good software. They also have possibility to filter products on funtionality which makes it easier for you to find something quickly as well.

Are you using any specific project management method for this?
