Market Samurai still not working...

I have submitted a ticket to support but no reply as yet, I hope someone will come back to me because I haven't a clue how to get this working again.

I keep getting Adobe Message asking me to "Agree" to terms - I do and it just brings me back to this message each time I try and open Samurai.

Does anyone have any idea about this, uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Air and it made no difference.

      Hi Ramone,
      Thanks and I have looked at this on their site and the only thing I can think is to uninstall Market Samurai and then reinstall it. I am just wondering if the download link would still download the paid version for me as I purchased back in June. I guess I would loose all my projects if try and install a new one :confused:

      I know it is a problem just on my laptop as my other half has it on his and is fine. I will continue waiting, I hope support do eventually come back to help!

        You should be fine with reinstalling it. I got Samurai when it first came out years ago. Not that long ago they had some big issues and I had to do the same. The point is I used the same download link from years before when I bought it and it worked fine. You should have a keycode thingy that you can prove you bought it in the email from when you bought it.

        bmcgoff -MS has not been working properly for the past few weeks. Very slow, inaccurate rank data, etc. Might be time to try a new program.
        It's been fine for me, it has blips like these things always do. They do fix things though. So respectfully, as someone that has done rather well from Samurai, it might not be time to try a new program.

    It was also the reason I stopped using MS a while back. I do hope they fix their issues. It was by far the best and most complete research tool out there till it started to face lots of issues.

    I personally use keyword spy these days btw. It may be worth looking into if you are only into keyword research and adwords. If you are into SEO, maybe combine the results with semrush or something?

    It's more expensive. But I made my money back with just 1 Adwords campaign I set up.

    I used MS for about 3 months now and so far the only issue I had with it is their updates (new version) nothing serious.

    I just updated to the latest version and it looks like the PR analysis and the anchor text analysis has been discontinued.. big loss..

    since yahoo boss/site explorer was their source i guess theyve canned this till they find another free source for data

    I've had issues in the past also with the Adobe Air messages.

    I can't remember where I found the info but it had something to do with using an earlier version of Adobe Air.

    I had to uninstall Adobe Air and install the earlier version.

    Not positive on the sequence of things.

    If you do a search with this info, you may find the answer.

    Sorry I can't remember exactly.
