I need help getting my subpages indexed in google. For example, I have a forms section which has been indexed by google. I am doing SEO on terms for that specific page and SEO is working. However on that video page, are links to all my videos and for some reason, google is taking forever to index those pages. Any suggestions on speeding up this process?

BTW I am running vbulletin on the main site, and wordpress on other parts of the site. So for example... domain.com/speeding-tickets/ gets indexed but the other 200 pages of this section are not, or at least very slowly.

Use sitemap to help you out in indexing part.. i don't think there is anything else that can help you as that page only have links on it..

Quite difficult that google will index it as it don't have much content etc...

I am not sure why you are all assuming I don't have content. Each one of my pages has over 500 words of unique, hand written content, very high quality.

I use All in One SEO Plugin for WordPress and was indexed later that same day. It has done wonders for me. I went from 30 page views a day to over 250 in a week. My site is only a month old. I am now on track to get over 10,000 pageviews a month.

    edit...

I don't have any backlinks at all.

Wow seriously? All in One SEO plugin is that good? hmmmmm no backlinks at all. Back to the topic, just keep updating your site with contents at frequent or daily basis. This will slowly train the bots to visit your site more regularly to crawl thus indexing more pages. Building some backlinks to the sub-pages will help as well

Start hitting some backlinks at your inner pages and also you can submit your RSS feed to a site like pingoat.com

It may not happen overnight, but it should get indexed fairly quickly

Go to webmaster tools and submit an XML sitemap... By submitting an XML sitemap Google can understand what pages you have in your site and how frequently there updated.

Also if your using wordpress I highly recommend you install YOOST - Wordpress SEO plug-in - Will index your pages almost immediately.

Create an XML site map for you site and submit it to GWT and then Google will index all the pages real fast, if you have over 500 pages then you will have to be more creative if you want to use a free service to make the XML sitemap.

  • you can also update your site map in webmaster so through indexing your all page of your site.

Let me clarify a few things:
    1. I do have adsense on this part of the site, with all in one seo plugin and I submitted the plugins to webmaster tools
    2. I signed up for Nuclear Link Crawler yesterday and submitted the same links

Neither of those did the trick
The only thing I can think of is that I added the majority of the pages (around 200 pages) in 2-3 days, even though they are all unique. Is it possible google put them in some type of sandbox temporarily which is why they are not getting indexed?

hmm! you added 200 pages in 2-3 days?

      how old is your domain?

do you have any authority domains with a decent PR you can link from?

If you have submitted a sitemap to webmaster tools then just wait for a bit...

I would suggest you drip content into your site rather than publish 200 pages at once.

Google isnt stupid! Dropping a new domain and then uploading 200 pages is a bit suspect!

build some trust by posting and adding content CONSISTENTLY over time..

I would imagine you being a little impatient... if your site is new then give it a couple of months... sorry but there it is...

link building is the key to get indexed. The post or subpages which has more back links it will be indexed better on google

My site is over 10 years old, a PR3 (legalhelp.org). The reason I add all 200 pages at once is because of the type of information I provide. For example, I am specifically referring to my section on speeding tickets. I don't want to add one state at a time, in case someone lands on the page and their state hasn't been added yet. I tried to add all 50 states as fast as I can so they can get the information they need.

  • its really nice information for us. Social bookmarking is the may be good activities for indexing.

Still no luck...I have tried nuclear link indexer and drippable to help push google to index them but still no luck. I have like 2000 pages on my site, mostly all with unique content but they are taking forever to get indexed. Anyone else have any suggestions
