BMR Rules for submits?

Whats the rule with those guys I heard ten submissions per day is that per domain? per account?

so if you have the 59 dollars per month for up to 5 domains that means with that you get to submit 10 TOTAL per day? or 10 per domain?

    I LOVE BMR... it's amazing for ranking for long tail KWs. I've used it to rank many of my sites to page 1 of G.

    What I do is find youtube videos related to my niche/KW, get someone on odesk to transcribe it and use it as content for the 150 word posts. Super cheap and they all get approved
