First: check your competitors, if they have thousand of backlink with the anchor text, I afraid you need many months and good budget for build link.
Second: you need check your on page, this is important and reduce your time and your hard work when build link
Third:You need to build link from high PR site: high PR article directories, press release, high PR blog private... If you can not, hire people do it.
After that collect the back links, ping, combine to RSS and submit to RSS directories. Why? Because it help your links index, otherwise Google will never know your back links.

You need to check out all the factors for your website. On-page and off-page, who are your competitors and where they have made there links. There are many other factors that can help you to rank high.

Just keep trying to build good quality contextual anchored links, preferably from relevant content, and you'll eventually get there.
