Please Help Me With Adwords Conversion Tracking Codes

Hi all,
I am having a bit of trouble with my AdWords conversion tracking.
I am trying to track which keywords result in sign ups.
I have gone through the process, chosen Lead and added that tracking code to the bottom of my thank you page just before the </body> tag.
I have had a few sign ups but nothing is showing in the conversion column in Adwords.
Am I doing something wrong?
