Hi folks,

I've been out of SEO for about 6 months now and I'm ready to get back in the game. I was hoping someone would suggest me a good, and current SEO guide.

Back in the day I followed Terry Kyles threads and got a lot of my SEO knowledge based on his findings, but today is a new day and I'd really like to catch up with what's working in SEO and more importantly WHAT'S NOT WORKING!

Would you please suggest me a guide on SEO that is very current and authoritative? Price is not a huge issue. Really anything under a couple hundred bucks is o.k.

I recently followed the SEO Experts Academy launch. I didn't buy it but looks pretty good anyways. You may want to give it a look.

If you are out of SEO for only 6 months , it is not a big deal . Reading top SEO blog and participate forums like this one will be fine .

My guess is that you already know the basics. About the only thing that has changed is:

      Quality content matters
      Relevant backlinks matter

Sounds overly simplified but the truth is it does not have to be complicated. Quality and relevance rule the day.

You just join some popular SEO forums, read threads and search for different techniques, apply them one by one on your website, you will see the results. Its a continuous job so you can learn within 2 or 3 weeks.
