how to rank in the se with blogger

Not your greatest idea, IMO.

You can rank a Blogger page just like you can rank any other web page, but I think you need to read this post carefully, first.

Suggestion: why not start with a free Weebly site (much safer than a Blogger one!) and in future when you can afford it, you can redirect you own domain-name to it, upgrade to paid hosting at Weebly without needing to move, and so on?

second i tried weebly but do you think that will rank high on the search engines?

Where it will rank on the search engines depends on its on-page and off-page SEO, and the SEO-quality (not so much "quantity") of the competing sites for your chosen keywords.

That's true of a Weebly page and it's true of a Blogger page and it's true of any page on any of my own privately-owned, privately-hosted websites - because it's true of everything on the web.

I hear your question, loud and clear, and I'm not criticising you at all: I know that it's a really common question, and it's one that many people have. But the reality is that it just isn't a "good question", because (with some minor, trivial, obscure, fineprint exceptions that are of no relevance here at all) how well/easily your site will rank on the search engines doesn't depend on where you host it.

Specifically, if someone has told you that "sites hosted at Blogspot rank well because Google owns Blogspot" (and I saw someone saying that only yesterday :rolleyes: ), then I urge you to ignore that and anything else that same person might tell you about SEO, just in case all their information comes from the Urban Myth School of internet marketing.

Just follow the same SEO best practices that you follow with regular sites.

Descriptive titles and headings, useful content, don't spam with keywords, link to it (don't overdo the anchor text), choose a blogger subdomain with your keyword...

Yes, Blogger blogs can be ranked on google just like any other site. The only thing is that it takes more effort to rank because google doesnt see it as an authority site. I would reccommend feeding some social bookmarks/EDU backlinks to it. And pick a low-medium competition niche. Also try to have all the keywords in the domain name itself.

An alternative would be to do a small task for someone in exchange for them buying a domain for you, then they could just forward the name servers to your hosting. Or you could get one of your family to buy the domain using their credit card.

You said you posted a fiverr gig. I thought fiverr only paid people via Paypal? If you have a Paypal account then you can buy a .com domain. You don't need a credit card to buy a domain.

I heard one news about free domain along with well designed theme for our desired use. This service is provided by Google. Google just a week before revealed this info.

If you try this you needn't have credit card to purchase domain and the thing you need to know is how to get .in domain from Google as free. But this service is available, i thing this is not reached well in this marketing.
