Software/Service for PPC ad rank monitoring

Hi,

Do you know any software or service which can monitor and track ranking of PPC ads on google?
It should be able to log positions, how long has the ad been running, display URLs and landing page URLs of all ads for a given keyword.

    It seems to me that semrush could help you to obtain some of the information required.As I know it will identify adwords keywords which drive the most amount of traffic to your competitors, also identify sites top adwords competitors. And view uinque GA ad copy. Hope it will help you.
