Question About INLINE SEO and others

I am trying to learn a bit about SEO and have heard about INLINE SEO. I was wondering (and since I only plan on doing SEO for my sites), is this a good investment to show step by step instructions and proven strategies to get ranked well?
Are there other products out there too? I would ike to hear good an bad so i can make my decision on that. I own SEO pressor and i like what it does, however my pages (after 6months of use) are still not ranking even using SEO PRESSOR.
Also, if I decide to go with INLINE SEO or Another, are there any discounts available?
