    1. High number of monthly EXACT searches
    2. Low Competition.

I use SerpIQ to judge competition levels.

You are going to have trouble getting anyone to tell you their top keywords.

Ryan has it spelled out though. Research is the key.

The best keyword? If it the best you want then..

you need to aim the Big Niche like health, Medical, Furniture. Thats where load of traffic is coming. But the competition is very fierce.

just filter it by competition like other warrior saying.

    good luck,

It seems to me that Accurate standard depends on the niche you're competing in.

The highest searched keyword in your niche will not necessarily be the best to target - pick buying keywords and you will get a lot better conversions. There's a good WSO about this here http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...rds-today.html

I cant understand why people are talking so much about 11-11-11.? Some says its lucky. A few says its unlucky. But i think days give me happiness and blessing are my lucky days and on which day i m not satisfied with my work, is my unlucky day.

Brand name keywords all the way if you're just getting started.

Search volume is normally lower, but they convert like crazy. Seeing results right from the start is important as it inevitably keeps you around long enough to learn something.

    Competition is a misunderstood concept.

Just because the advertiser competition is high doesn't mean organic search competition is high (although they are relative).

High competition = Money's going around

Why go for keywords with no commercial intent?

Much more importantly than competition I would suggest looking at Exact Monthly Searches as well as the trend and the Avg. CPC.

Low competition, Big Exact Match searches and High CPC.

At least thats what I am always looking for.
