I prefer to stay in the forum but if it is outside then it will have to be Elance...

Fittytown is not bad either and the quality tends to be a little better the fiverr though I have never had a major problem with fiverr.

hmm

buysellads.com is a good option (they take long time to review and acceptance ore refuse relay on your luck since they don't provide much detail if refused), you can also check the one in my signature as well.

Beside forums, buysellads.com is pretty good to start with. You can sell image ads, text links or combination of both.
