Adsense Ban, Will This Work?

My Adsense account was banned months ago due to me using a service to send visitors to my site. There was no malice in it but because there were a few clicks on the Adsense they banned me. It wasnt a pay for click service, just a visitor service, but anyways thats besides the point.

They seen it as invalid click activity as it was a massive jump from the norm. Didnt bother arguing the point as nobody ever wins against G do they? Ok, well maybe some do

Anyways my point is I want to get back into Adsense for my new project. Can I use, basically, my sister to do all the legal stuff ie sign up for the account, use her address, so basically its her account and all the cheques, if any, are made out to her?

The only downside I see to it is that I will be logging on to check activity etc from my PC and I am wondering if G have "blacklisted" this IP from my own banned account? Possible?

I found this but do not know for sure because I've never done it.

If you account is banned, you may wish to open a new Adsense account.

"From the Google' policy, if an publisher is banned, he/she cannot apply for another one. But there is a little trick that enable that enabled you to do so.

First choose a new computers to start a new blog/ site, and then apply it with Google Adsense. Make sure that the IP address is completely different with those you have used to login your Google and Adsense accounts. I believe that Google will approve you if your site is clean nd have enough content.

Then, use that computers only (or other new computers with new and diffeent IPs) to login your Adsense account. Never login your adsense account with the one you previously used, because that will let Google know this new Adsense account has correlation with the previous invalid click activity and disable your account."

    OR

You may just want to use a different ad service or monetize your site differently.

Open a new account in a bank under a business name with a business license. Then open the adsense acct under that business name.

Many people do this not because they were banned but just so they can have two accounts in case one gets banned

This is best idea, I think dont take risk or use any ip changing software before applying for google adsense account... You never new when google change and update its policy... Google as company care about itself and its profit...

As outwest stated, create a business. Open up a business checking account for the venture.

You might want to use your sisters address for this, and new computers with different IP's may be a good idea, but personally I would not go to that extent. You can change your IP where you are at with software. But that is a personal choice.

Unfortunately, Adsense doesn't really tell anybody the reasons for disabling an account. For all you know, the reason could be totally unrelated to what you are guessing.

Go with outwest's idea and also do it in an internet cafe as shabiz said. Putting those two together and you will be fine
