    It's just a standard Adwords ad.

    They have simply customised the URL to show as black instead of the default green. They may have changed the font but I don't think so.

    You can stylise your Google ads when you create them in your acct.

    Yea, that might be a premium publisher Ad.

    That code doesn't look normal.
