trying to instal FastAttackInterlink.zip and it has uploaded successfully but keep getting the message The plugin does not have a valid header when I try to activate.

    Either upgrade the WP install, or look at the plugin header php code in a text editor you should see something similar to the code below. WP looks for that info. for each plugin you try to install.
