I'm spending too much time manual looking to see if my sites are ranking for certain terms, what programs do ya'll recommend to automate this?

  You could also use Rank Tracker from SEO Power Suite. And then there is Majestic. And you can also go for SEOMoz. These are some of the obvious ones that come to my mind.

Rank Checker From SEOBook.com. It's easy, it's free and it fits in your toolbar.

"TAKE ACTION" is the first thing everyone tells you and then they leave it at that. I'll add a second part: TRACK EVERYTHING" - It's the only way to ensure your ACTION leads to results.

  I use CuteRank to track my keywords, it's a pretty solid keyword tracker. You can group sites under different categories, schedule it to automatically check your SERP and it can even generate graph and reports of your SERP.

You just go for Market Samurai, its having a Rank Tracker feature...it's a complete SEO tool...a nice piece of software for such purpose...amazing SEO research tool...
