Adsense Coding Question

Hey Guys,
I read an article a while back about a piece of code that you can put in 1 of your Adsense units to tell Google this is my main unit - load it first and place the most relevant adverts here but I can't find it anywhere. Anyone know what the code is?
Basically I have a leader board at the top of my site but since this is taking longer to load than my other 2 units it is getting served with less relevant ads. I want this to be my main unit and serve the most relevant ads.
