SEO Headache and any one using a good warrior

I have been slacking on my link building for my site, which I was ranked #3 on a very competitive keyword out of 26,600,000 results. Now I am on page 2

I need to outsource my SEO.

I looked at rankpay.com, but the prices and reviews seems way out of the park.

I was wondering if anyone has had success with any of the warriors for hire or services?
