Google adsense questions, Please help.

Hello. Ok I have a few questions so I hope someone who knows there adsense stuff pretty well can answer this for me.

I had 4 sites. I want to put adsense ads on all 4. But the problem is that my adsense account got suspended 3 months ago for invalid clicks and I appeal the decision and I lost.

I had my g/f applied for an adsense account. Can I use her adsense publisher id to put google adsense ads on my 4 sites? Is that legal or illegal?

Will I have to log into my namecheap account and then go to where it says:

WhoisGuard is currently enabled for this domain.
Your personal information is protected from public access [Disable WhoisGuard]. [Change Protected Contact Information]

and click on "change protected contact information" and put all of her information in there for all of the 4 sites?

And if I do, do I have to disable the privacy whoisguard so that Google can see to whom this 4 sites belong to? or do I just leave it alone and keep the privacy whisguard enable and they can still check anyways?

Also if I disable the whoisguard, will namecheap charge me for enable it. Since when I purchased the 4 domains, free privacy comes included. But I am not sure if you disable it, that namecheap will charge you to enable it back...confused about that to.

Ok I hope someone can explain this to me. Also when I log into my g/f google adsense account is says this:

"The application is still being reviewed. You will see only the background of your webpage instead of live content ads until your account has been fully approved."

She sign up with them on Nov 27th and today is Dec 13th. What does this mean? All of my 4 sites were completed a long time ago. So why does it says this message above? And when will they approved it? When they verify that all 4 sites contact information that appears on the registrar matches exactly with the google adsense account holder?

Very little technical questions I am asking here but I need to know. I don't want to get in trouble.

    I have had my site pending acceptance for over 2 weeks as well and I have the who-is guard enabled for some of the domains. Is this part of the reason why it's taking longer or is this normal?

    Her account will eventually be banned as well since you probably placed the code on sites that were previously on a banned account. They track this information. Changing your WHOIS won't make one bit of difference for a domain that was already used on a banned account.

    Hi you can use her information but it's best for you to let her buy one or two of your domains and then thereafter use another hosting services with a different whois account.

    Remember don't pass all of your domains at once because it will raise a red flag and then her account will be ban as well. And don't use your whois account or hosting service it will send a red flag as well. Remember Google has bots and those bots will detect the same information AND that is what you don't want my friend. Be careful, Much success :-)

    You do not need to disable Whoisguard. I have Whoisguard protection on a lot of my websites and I've never faced a problem nor have I heard of anyone who's faced a problem. You will not get charged if you disable Whoisguard. Google is not going to check the contact information on who.is before approving your websites. She should probably give it another two weeks and drop them a mail with a reminder.

    Best of luck man....whatever route u take make sure you are very careful and don't break any terms of service with the new account. There is a difference between an AdSense account ban and a website ban. Also there is a difference between an account ban and an account disabled. Do VERY THOROUGH RESEARCH ON THE ADSENSE FORUM FOR MORE SPECIFICS.

    WHATEVER U DO, DONT JUMP THE GUN. YOU ARE IN A BAD SPOT BUT YOU NEED TO BE PATIENT AND DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE ACTING ON ANYTHING!!!!!

    AND whatever you do.....DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AGAIN.

    Do not ever use your girlfriends pub id on your banned site because she too will be banned.

    If your four site have adsense on it before it was banned then their is no chances of ever putting adsense code on it again. Try getting a new domain name and sign up for a new adsense account using a different PC and computer and never access your account from your former computer and internet connection where you were previously banned.

    You will also need a new address or slightly modify your current one and get a new phone number.

    Think of using smaller ad network for your banned site, sell ads and contact people advertising your kind of niche on google for ads placement. You might want to give them a free two weeks or months before you finally win them over.

      No,when my adsense account got banned it was on 1 of my first domains.

      Then I came into WF and I purchased 4 domains and I had them build the wp sites. None of this new 4 wp sites had ever had adsense ads in them. So the only thing I am asking is if I can use her publisher id on my 4 new sites? And if I need to change the billing and contact info that pertains to all of those 4 sites in my registrar namecheap?

      So if you have a site with adsense, and you're adsense account gets banned...and then you decide to sell the site...the new owner will have no chance of ever putting adsense code on it again?

        OMG you gusy are not understanding me at all.

        I had a website, not the 4 sites I am talking about right now, ok.

        This first website I added my won adsense codes to it. I got banned for invalid clicks. Ok so I tried to appeal the case and I Lost. End of story for that.

        A few weeks later I purchased 4 sites here on WF. They are all 100% on page optimized. One of them is even ranking on the first page of google for its keyword without any off page seo. So that is great!

        I had my g/f applied for an adsense account. All I want to do is add her publisher id to my 4 new sites that have never had any adsense ads on them before. I hope I am making myself clear here. Also I am not trying to flip them and make a profit. I just want to build some backlinks and see if I can get the other 3 to the first page of google and start earning the natural way. I was just asking if my setup was ok since this 4 sites never had adsense ads on them and I am using my g/f publisher id meaning she will get the check even though they are my sites. I want her to get paid not me. I even change the billing and contact information on namecheap on all 4 domains so that it matches her and looks like she is the owner of the 4 sites.

        This only reason I did it like this is because all 4 of my sites were purchased already by me 3 months ago and they were already build.

        Anyways I hope I made myself clear this time. Is kind of hard explaining things here on WF so I am sorry if I confused anyone.
