WP Plug-ins -- OK to use when Flipping a Site?

Hello warriors

I am going to be building and selling sites in various niches
I have no budget - other than for domain and hosting - so I have
to use FREE plug-ins only.

I have a zero budget at the moment
.

IS THERE ANY ISSUE IF I SELL A SITE - using ONLY any of the FREE
plug-ins
you find when you are in your WP dashboard, and do a search?

I don't want to have to worry that I might need some type of permission,
or that I have to get prior approval, or that I can't use them on sites I sell

I'll probably be using some basic ones like:

Yoast or All-in-one
xml-sitemaps
pretty link
something to "ping" (don't recall name)
maybe wp cache
(any others, simply don't come to mind at the moment)

If you have definite info, rather than guesses, that would be great

(I had a similar question about WP themes - and it was explained as long
as they are on Wordpress dot org, I am ok, when I sell my sites - BUT, I do not know the answer
as it applies to plug-ins?)

Thank you so much - your advice would be so helpful...

From what I know since the plugins could be downloaded by the buyer of the site there should be no issue of you downloading them and installing them to the website you create for them. I also do not believe there is enough margin for them to pursue you in a court of law.

All these plugins found in wordpress repository are free to distribute so check their license and you are just selling the site and not the plugins. So don't worry or ask the buyer to download the plugins themself.

WordPress is made available under the GPL license (from the Free Software Foundation), and so are the free plugins in its directory. The license is here: WordPress › About » GPL

You can also read some GPL FAQ here, in particular:
Does the GPL allow me to sell copies of the program for money?...

Yes, the GPL allows everyone to do this. The right to sell copies is part of the definition of free software. ...
So, in short, yes, you can create WordPress sites, using free plugins, under the GPL, and sell such sites, provided you adhere to the other terms of the GPL.

    Good luck and Happy Holidays!
