Free Contact Form Plugin For Wordpress With Capcha

Hi Everyone,
One of my client got slammed with a bunch I mean a bunch over 1000 spams to his contact form on his wordpress site. Do any of you know of a free easy to use contact form plugin that also has a capcha feature? If so can you give me the URL to where I can find and/or download the plugin? Or the name and author of the plugin so I can find it on Wordpress?

    I usually use Contact Form 7 and Really Simple Captcha. You can find both of those just by searching in your Add Plugins screen in Wordpress.

      Thanks but does really simple captcha integrate with contact form 7? Conatact form 7 is the contact form plugin I am using now on his wordress site.
