Three things to help you not be a fat slob

1. dont participate in eating contests
2. try to eat less than your usual 1 gallon of ice cream/day
3. Try eating less than the 10,000 calories per day, you consider normal

For me the best way to select the keyword is to observe people. As keyword is the word that entered by people for their query search results, and google shows the results with the site that has highly match or exact match word to the query words and with the quality content. So do observation for such words in your field and choose the more used words for your keyword.
