Spelling mistake allowed in adwords?

I saw a google advert and it had a spelling mistake.

Are the ads approved without spellcheck ?

Experience spelled as experiance.

    Grammar and spelling

    You're supposed to use proper spelling. I've unintentionally mispelled words many times and have not run into problems. However, searchers notice and click rate usually suffers. I know myself I wouldn't click on that ad just because of the misspell. I wouldn't want someone to design my site if they can't get their ad right after 10 years experience.

    Yes, it's allowed. Actually, many people live on those spelling mistake stuff, there are misspelled domain sellers, misspell keywords researchers and yes, misspell adwords runners.
