How Do I Use RSS Feeds? Can Anyone Be Specific?

Another Warrior posted a thread about having 90 great RSS sites we could post our RSS feed to (I'll post some of the links below as an example) - about 160 people thanked the person who posted it so I'm assuming it was a good list.

MY QUESTION - HOW DO I ACTUALLY USE THIS LIST??

As I click on many of the links, some seem really obvious as they say "Add RSS Feed", but many others aren't clear. How do I submit my RSS feed to them?? Can anyone be specific? I've provided a few of the sites below as examples...

THE FIRST RSS SITE ON THE LIST WAS:

Bloglines

I'm not sure what to do when I arrive at the website. I don't see an "Add RSS Link to this website.

THE SECOND SITE WAS:

Bloghub.com - blog directory & blog search engine

I have no idea what to do on this site either. It seems they want me to actually submit a blog. What do I do with this site?

THE THIRD SITE WAS:

PLAZOO - News and Blog Search Engine

This one has a button at the top "Add RSS FEED". After clicking it it was obvious what to do.

What am I missing with the first two? Here is a partial list of the 90 website provided. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could walk me through it step-by-step.

    I don't think the list you have is all RSS directories - some seem to be blog directories only. If it's an RSS directory it will be obvious. Just search for RSS directories in Google and you'll come up with other lists.

    Here's one example:
    SUBMIT RSS FEED: 68 Aggregators & Directories List

    You may be interested in the site imtalk.org where you can submit to the site owners rss aggregators.

    If you want to submit to a lot of RSS directories, it's much easier with software like Incansoft's RSSBOT for example.

      A few years ago I used a site called www.blogannouncerpro [.] com to optimise one of my websites and it held ranking for over 6 years.
