can any one tell me how PPC actually works?? how much get by clicking the link?i want to know the whole process?
#ppc #works
  • The bad news is you don't actually get money for clicking the link. You pay when other people click the link. The trade off is that they are taken to your site.

It is basically a paid source of traffic that can work extremely well if you know what you're doing.

If you use PPC for your site then it be more helpful for you to get more backlinks within less time. But people who click on ad can not get any kind of monetary benefit but they used to click for their need and demand and if they find something useful inside the ad then they go to read further and this way your business increase. But results you get from PPC are for less time and if you want to get more results then again you have to pay again.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) or Sponsored listings are used in order to help establish a website on a search engine's result pages when the common generic listings are not providing top positioning. By paying a PPC provider a fee it is possible to have a listing within the top few results given by a search engine. For this reason, PPC is a nice solution when a website is starting to establish a relationship with these search engines, which has developed into a sometimes long term project. But like everything, there is more to the process than just paying a fee.

Pay per click ads usually appear in a colored box on search results pages and are separated from the regular search results on most major search engines and portals. Some portals (such as Ask Jeeves and AOL) are not clearly separating the ads from the regular search results.

With pay per click marketing you buy search engine traffic based on relevant keywords bought in an auction model. (Some smaller pay per click engines charge by category.) You pay for every click so targeting is important. You can view Overture click costs for your primary keyword phrases using the Google hides bid prices and factors ad clickthrough rate into click cost.
