How do i target both since they are basically the same thing.do i target them separately in different pages? OR target BOTH on the same page....i dont want to come of to my visitors as giving duplicate content all over the site just for SEO sake.

If those are the niches you want to take over and profit from? Probably sign up for a domain: tootachetreat.com, fill it with some good, decent content, do some traffic boosting, wait for getting ranked and start earning using some of the mentioned working methods ranging from AdSense and ending with God knows what, there's so much of it out there.

To target any keyword just make sure you type it correctly in Title, meta-tags, description. You can type: buy - buyer - buying. Anything you think searchers will be looking for. Once you manage to build a good On-Page SEO start link building. There are many sticky threads out there teaching you how to do that. Good luck

I would probably go for all of those on one page, since they are so related.
