Best Bulk Rank Checker

I have 100+ sites. I want to check their Google rankings all at once. What is the best tool (free and paid) to check SERP rankings for multiple keywords/domains at once? I prefer on with proxy support. SEOBook's Rank Checker doesn't have proxy support, and Link Assistant's Rank Checker doesn't allow you to check multiple keywords/domains in one project, so those two are out of the mix.

And Market Samurai is out of the mix too because it can't search multiple domains/keywords at once.

So I'm basically looking for something like SEOBook's Rank Checker, but that has proxy support.

Nobody here uses a SERP rank checker?

    You mean something like this?
MassPageRank - Bulk PageRank Checker - pagerank checker - google pagerank - check pagerank

It's free. I love that tool, you don't even need to download it!

    Link assistant DOES allow this.

Sure, you need to set all your sites up as different projects but once you have then you can check all rankings at once, you can even schedule repeated ranking checks and have it email you reports whenever you like, each day, each week etc.

I you are lazy you can just create one project and add 99 of your domains as 'competitors' so you can see everything for each domain.

    It also supports proxies.

I don't know why you would go past this one.

Sorry, but according to them, you're wrong. From one of their support tickets:

"You can track up to 10 domains in one project adding them as competitors(Rank Tracker: Online Help).
You can also track multiple domains simultaneously using the Scheduler feature(http://www.link-assistant.com/rank-tracker/scheduling-tasks.html#create-task)."

I then asked them if I can "view the results all on one page? Or do I have to page through to each separate domain to see its rankings?" They said "in the end you will have separate projects(each for one website) checked."

To me that's a hassle. I'd like to view the results all on one page. All of my domains and their keywords in something like a spreadsheet so I can just scroll through it. They then said "It goes without saying it would be a great feature and our developers are working on this, but we can not give you the estimates yet." So Link Assistant's Rank Tracker is still out of the mix.

Set up separate projects in rank tracker (pay for the paid version) and schedule them to run however often you'd like.

It takes 5 minutes to set them up, as I'm assuming you have a list of keywords somewhere.

I check over 3,000 keywords with rank tracker. I'm sure it will be fine for a project of your size. or 10 times larger.

IMO it's by far the best.

I have the paid version, but according to Link Assistant, you can only do 10 domains at once in a single project, or you can do however many domains you want in multiple projects. However, those multiple projects all need to be viewed separately. I'm looking for something that I can see the results all on one screen without having to flip through tons of projects. It just doesn't meet my needs....unless of course you know of a way for me to insert 100+ domains, a couple keywords for each domain, and have me be able to view the results all on one screen...

Ah, didn't realize it was only a couple keywords for each domain. Let me go check something real quick and I'll be right back...

I think there might be a way to do this, but hang on.

            [edit]Okay, nevermind. My idea failed.

I'd recommend you try us out. But of course I'd recommend that because I own it. (We're paid over your first 10 keywords, but unlimited domains on all paid packages).

You can do as many websites in a project as you want, and as many keywords for a website that you want. You can view all "top google", "top yahoo" and "top bing" results for all websites within a project, and all keywords related to those sites on the same screen (all keywords for 1 site will be on 1 screen, can view the current G/B/Y rankings & change from yesterday). Also have CSV exports if you wanted to run the stats yourself. No proxies needed, we take care of that for you. So that seems in-line with what you said you need.

However, con's based on what you've said (but haven't clarified):

Ours is not downloadable, we host it ourselves and take care of the proxies (SaaS). Not sure if this is something that was a deal breaker or not.
It's not "on demand" checking. Once per day (first runs within an hourish).

Let me know if you have any other questions about it, I'm available.

If it's something like SEOBook's Rank Checker that you're looking for, you can still use that. Just find a proxy rotator for Windows (assuming that you're using Windows), and have it refresh to a new proxy at the rate at which Rank Checker is running, i.e. if Rank Checker is checking a new keyword every 2 seconds, set the proxy rotator to rotate to a new proxy every 2 seconds.

Unfortunately, I haven't used any proxy rotators, so I can't really recommend any. But hopefully I'm leading you in the right direction.

Unless proxy support is a must, you could try out Authority Labs or SEScout. Both are web-based so theres no download.

I think SEScout has the best/quickest interface, but it tends to be somewhat inaccurate at times. As far as I can tell, Authority Labs is always spot on, but its interface is not as good(in my opinion).

I also believe SEScout has hourly updates(not 100% sure), while Authority Labs updates once a day. I don't see why anyone would need hourly updates though.

    Both have free trials.

Pay the money and use SEOMoz or Raven Tools, well worth a hundred bucks a month for the data.

SEScout is unreliable and inaccurate. Also, it's often unreliable with respect to support. Why promise hourly updates if you cant deliver daily? I've had inconsistent results with Authority Labs in the past, there are better options in the market.

Seriously? Both SEOMoz and Raven Tools update weekly as opposed to daily! Also, Ravel Tools uses Authority Labs API. Why would you use Raven Tools when you can use Authority Labs for SERP tracking?

I've said it once and I'll say it again, Microsite Masters is the best rank tracker in terms of accuracy, reliability, and price.

Three reasons, firstly I rarely use daily data, it jumps around too much with little correlation. The averages give you a much better idea of rankings etc.

Secondly, the various moz ranking factors have given me one of my most effective backlink quality checks to date.

Thirdly they provide brilliant automated reporting tools which cuts out work I would normally have to do, but of course I can still charge for it.

Not true in my opinion. serpfox.com and serpranktracker.com both offer daily rank tracking, have better and more responsive user interfaces, more competitive pricing, and all the features such as notifications, reports. i used to be a heavy user of serpfox but recently switched to serpranktracker for its advanced ranking charts and integrated todo lists/comments (haven't seen this in other services).

Not what he is looking for.

Anyway, in response to the OP, the best (free) option I've been able to find is Rank Checker + FoxyProxy. If you've got a handful of good proxies and you're not looking up an enormous amount of data then it's a decent combination.

How do you have FoxyProxy configured for rotating through your proxies while using RankTracker? I can't seem to figure that one out.

There is a PHP script called Easy Ranking Software, found here: Easy ranking software | Web site ranking check tool | Keyword positions checker which is quite good for the price.

It has proxy support, supports all the major search engines, is server side (you set up a cron job), keeps control of history, can produce a chart on how the SERP pos for each keyword has changed and so on and it only costs $10.
(and NO I haven't developed that script, I wish I did. It's no affiliate link either. It's just a really good product for a low price. )

Their website is a bit outdated and they are perhaps not as responsive anymore (they do consulting I believe), but they ARE able to reach and they fix bugs if you find any. $10 is a steal.

When the site in my signature is done, you can use it for that. Right now, you can save a domain and 20 keywords and it will easily check the SERP rankings for all 20.

With registered accounts we will allow multiple domains and more keywords, but there is a limit to data we can save to cookies, which is why we have the 20 keyword limit.

Give it a try though....curious about everyones feedback.
