URL change in PPC Ad

hi SEO, PPC And CPC Dears,

I have small doubt in PPC ad campaign. We all know that if our site displays in Google AdWords, the part of the displays are focusing keyword, short description and tiny URL.

If we click one ad, we can see a website in new tap. this is usual one but here URL is not displaying as mentioned in ad some extra code is www...com/?gclid=CM_7-_3-1a0CFUl76wodh1rjMg
Its not displaying as mentioned in ad and why this extra code ?
