Hello, i want to ad on my website ads from PAY PER IMPRESSION AD NETWORKS and i would like to know if buying traffic could have any effect on my revenue from these networks.

    I don't have much success with CPM Advertising Networks. If you want to use this type of advertising, make sure that you have viral graphics ads that can easily capture visitors attention.

    You can try Tribal Fusion, Value Click, AdBrite. You'll never know the result until you test. Result depends on your niche too..

    It can work very well for you but it is probably a good idea to test your campaigns with PPC before you switch to CPM

    Depends if the networks have anything in there TOS. Have a read before you sign up then you will find out before you send any traffic there way.
