Best use of unique articles?

Examples I can think of:

Starting blogs, squidoo lens, etc and posting the article there with a backlink to site. This is the basic practice I'm doing now - wondering if anyone can recommend some good places to plug articles that really work well for SEO.
#search engine optimization #articles #unique
  • ezines, go articles, articlebase, wordpress, squidoo, blogger, typepad, xanga, weebly, posterous, tumblr, hubpages. IF you have the budget go get yourself an automated software (but DON'T rely everything on it) and have articles spun / unique articles and have them linked to the web 2.0 sites that I mentioned which leads to the main site.
  • Or just do the simple blog commenting on PR 1 + sites. "niche" + "leave a comment" on Google.

    • what software were you thinking - SENuke?
  • I personally use Unique Article Wizard. Which runs about $67 a month. I know that BMR is probably one of the best ones.

I've used ABC backlinks ($20 a month) which worked "okay," if you're on a budget.

And I've also used Articleranks which runs about $39 a month.

I'd recommend BMR/Unique Article. But like I mentioned you're going to do more than that - depending on your competition.
  • thanks for the tips much appreciated
  • If you have high quality unique articles, you can make the most of them by using them in different formats. For example, take the key points and put them on slides to create a slideshow to share. Read the article as a voice over to the slideshow and convert to a video for YouTube, Vimeo, etc. Just record yourself reading it for an audio submission. Convert to a PDF for PDF submission sites, etc. You can even use snippets of it as tweets and schedule them to go out in regular intervals with a link back to the source.

Hope that gives you more ideas.
  • those are all good tips,

in this particular context articles only purpose is to raise my google ranking at this point not really interested in actually using the articles for anything else...yet.
  • Personally, I believe the best use is on your own site. it can continue to work for you and there isnt a chance of it going away unless you want it too.

Guest Post and article sites can help, but its a short term fix.

  • There are many article directories which allow you to post your articles for back links and traffic but for the back links it should be do follow links...
  • As per my think of view, If have a good and unique content i will post it on my own website not in others resources, It will help me more than getting just one link.
  • You can submit your unique articles on top and quality article submission sites..
  • I prefer web 2.0 sites more beneficial than article sites.

  • If you have an unique article then post it on your website and post it on one or two good article sites that is enough.
