adsense reporting question

hi all,
i find it a real pain that every time i create a new page of content i need to add a url channel to my adsense reporting console.
i have a few sites with over 150 urls. does anyone know of a quick way i can generate a list of urls for all my pages? that way i can simply remove all existing channels then add the new list of urls (that will include any new pages).
