How to Get This Kind of Backlink?

I was doing some research and found that some of my competitors, new site, rank very quickly for a competitive keyword. I checked and found that the domain is just bought 1 month ago. So I quickly open majesticseo and found that their backlinks are from some similar sites which I believe is some kind of blog network. One of the example is below:

The Url Is hXXp://hordelevelingguides.org/
PS: please replace XX with tt

May I know where I can get this kind of service?

    Loads of external links on that page, and it looks like a page of obvious paid links which isn't good. Try and get similar links in content but with less OBL.

    However, I saw several sites using the same type of backlinks are ranking quite well. I don't know, maybe have to wait and see how long these kind of backlinks can last.

      Join a blog network? BMR is great, and I'm sure there other ones. I personally use Build My Rank.
