    I would say from $200 to $900.

It has great revenue potential, if got ranked in top 3.

    Need more data.

    1. How much traffic (organic) do you get?
    2. Where is the traffic from (US, UK?)
    3. Earnings to date.
    4. Rankings.

^ have at least 2-3 months worth of solid proof for each of the above.

Terrible English grammar and syntax. I'd expect to pay the lowest price for the site due to the time it would take me to go through and correct it. I'd probably go so far as to say, that if after some research the niche was wide open, I would build my own site and out rank that one. No offence but it looks like it was spun.

Not to sure I follow you on this one. You asked for an honest opinion and I gave you one. Plus this site is not ranked in the top 3 for it's keyword. I did find it on the second page of Google though.

You're in good niche. But the price still vary depending on your website traffic and monthly revenue. You know some of website buyers prefer to buy websites with monthly revenue. It's because they don't want to start from scratch. They want to collect websites with income so they'll get a established online business without doing too much work.

      Hi King,
This is all what i know to do as an IM, build website around keywords and Flipp theme.
And i don't have Adsense to add it to my websites.

Nice traffic stats. But how about your monthly revenue? Buyers usually pay 12-15x your monthly revenue. Depending on the value and potential of your website.

You can usually sell a website for 10x more than what it makes per month.

yeah if you have steady earnings that you can prove and it is still getting traffic and sales and making money...then yeah 15X monthly earnings is possible to sell it at flippa.

The buyer relies on traffic stats and monthly revenue on your site. So I believe the buyer is willing to spend more money on this website, as long he wins the bid on Flippa.
