If you need organic traffic to your website then you should look to do some linkbuilding (how much? Depends on your competition) to it, so it can rank higher in search engines.

Build some backlinks for your target keyword or keyphrase. It takes time and doesn't happen over night. I don't see nearly as much organic from yahoo or bing as I do from google.

Well what you need to do now is carry out what is know as SEO or search engine optimization. You need to first optimize your site for Google, and then focus on building high quality backlinks to it.

Do some link building and target the right keywords.

Some people also just create sites with thousands of pages of scraped content, so they get traffic naturally. That method works as well, but you have to be careful

In order to get organic traffic you should ensure that you are targeting the right keywords and that the flow of your article is natural (not automatically spun). Submission to article directories should do the trick as well as heavy backlinking to related niche sites with high PR.

Write some good quality articles that are unique, original, written by you and never before posted online and post them on qondio.com.

Make sure the title includes your keywords and that the article is written for real humans to read.

Once it is cleared through Qondio.com screening process, which is easy because it is just rated by other members, then you can post it anywhere else online.

This gets you great backlinks.

Do this often enough and these good quality articles will get syndicated and you get even more targeted backlinks.

Most of the times it happens that if you use your selected keywords as anchor text or links to your site then Google will pull those out of what ever article site or directory site you have submitted them to and display it as a result on the pages.
I know this because it has worked for me.
Google actually pulls the results out of other sites most of the time instead of putting your site on the top all the time

I am not sure how a link to one article directory could get so much traffic? Today, I think the key is quality content and rich snippets. Develop authorship and spend more time on individual content. In our home security industry, there is a lot of spam and good content stands out.

The first step in this method is to find a fairly long phrase that people are searching for. There are two techniques I use to do this. First, you can do this by using the Google Keyword tool to give you suggestions. Type a phrase into the tool. Then sort the results backwards in search volume. Sort them from the lowest to highest global volume. Now you will see some phrases that have four or five words in them. Pick a good one to use.
