help me about backlink!

I want to know that if i get a backlink form page rank "0" then is it good for my website. Because most of blog's home page rank are 2,3,4,5+ but the topic page rank is 0, and when i submit a comment on that page(PR-0), it means i am getting backlink form PR-0 page. So is it good for me

its better to have URL PR1+ rather then domain URL PR,but anyways juice is being passed to your site

Most blog posts are PR0 but it really doesnt make any difference. The backlink is not judged on the PR of the page, just the site it is coming from.

  I agree with this, you just need a backlink from good quality site. If its PR5+ site but in gambling niche I think it's bad for your money site.

your link is going to site domain rank not to site page rank.
