article magic vs article marketing robot, which is prefrerable

i want to make a purchase ofone of this tool for backlinks purpose but then i don't know which one to go for that is while am asking which is the best out of this two software.

And also yesterday i read somewhere in this forum that most of the article submission sites in article marketing robot are no longer working just want to confirm how true is that

    I would have said AMR a year ago, but now I don't know. AMR's directory isn't as good as it was because ALOT of those directories no longer work. I downloaded/imported over 30,000 directories and of all of the sites that I signed up for... I only get about 120 auto-approved links and another 50 or so "Pending".

    That is ridiculous for over 30000 directories. I haven't used Article Magic so I can't comment on it but AMR is dying slowly for me. I've just about given up on it.

      I tried AMR's demo, and maybe it was just me personally, but I felt that so many of the directories that AMR submitted to looked so spammy/junky, I wouldn't even want to link to my client's site from a place like that. AMR seemed like quantity of quality. Can't speak to the effectiveness of Article Magic, though.

      this is exactly what some body said in this forum but in another thread, do you know any article submission software that work effectively but one time payment not monthly subscription

        article marketing robot is a one time payment. And it is compatible with a very large number of article directories. You can even add more article directories that are not preloaded.

        The problem lies with the general death of article directories. Not all directories are going to cease to exist. But a large number are on the way out. Especially the ones that are spammed to death by AMR users.

        THe problem is that every directory that gets installed in AMR gets SLAMMED everyday with crappy semi-spun garbage.

        The effectiveness of article marketing robot is declining rapidly. But the software is really legit. Gets the job done. Almost too well.

      I scraped my own list for AMR and have been getting a fairly good succes rate.

      Having real problems with the software though, keeps crashing and im generally wasting alot of time with it.

      Anyone else having problems? or just me?!:confused:

        Im having the exact same problem since updating to the latest version. In the program bar it says (Not Responding) no matter how long I wait, so I need to close down the program. What Windows version are you using? Im using Vista. Im wondering if the problem is specifically with Vista or across all Windows versions.

        Did you use Scrapebox to scrap your own list?

          Im using windows 7, so I guess the problem is across all windows versions.

          Ive tried re-installing it a couple of times, but still having problems.

          Think you may have to be a bit tech savvy to get the best out of this tool, which could be a big problem for me!! Shame because ive built quite a good list via scrapebox and could be a powerful tool if I could only get it to work consistently.

    AMR seems to be down today... software won't load and the AMR forum seems to be down as well. Appears one of their servers is on the fritz... But yes, the latest update sure seems buggy and crashy.
